LOVEPY - TERMS OF USE
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING LOVEPY By downloading, installing, or using Lovepy (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. ABOUT LOVEPY
Lovepy is a mobile application that provides AI-powered relationship insights and guidance for couples. The App facilitates communication between partners through structured sessions and generates personalized reports using artificial intelligence technology. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Lovepy is NOT a substitute for professional therapy, medical advice, psychological counseling, or crisis intervention services. The App is designed solely for personal insight, reflection, and communication support between consenting adult partners.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE REQUIREMENTS
You must be at least 18 years old to use Lovepy. By using the App, you represent and warrant that: - You are at least 18 years of age - You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms - You will use the App only for lawful purposes If you are under 18 years old, you are prohibited from using the App.
3. USER ACCOUNT AND AUTHENTICATION
Lovepy uses anonymous authentication provided by Firebase. While your account is anonymous, you may optionally set a display name visible to your partner during sessions. You are responsible for: - Maintaining the confidentiality of your account access - All activities that occur under your account - Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree NOT to: - Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable purpose - Share content that violates any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights - Share content containing hate speech, violence, explicit sexual content, or self-harm - Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App - Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App - Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers - Impersonate another person or entity - Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code - Share or collect other users' personal information without consent Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice.
5. AI-POWERED FEATURES AND LIMITATIONS
Lovepy uses third-party AI services (including but not limited to OpenAI and Google Gemini) to analyze your session inputs and generate relationship insights and reports. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: - AI-generated content is provided for informational and reflection purposes only - AI responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content - Lovepy does NOT provide professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment - You should NOT rely solely on AI-generated content for important relationship decisions - AI responses are based ONLY on the information you and your partner provide during sessions - Lovepy is NOT responsible for decisions you make based on AI-generated content IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A MENTAL HEALTH CRISIS OR EMERGENCY, CONTACT LOCAL EMERGENCY SERVICES OR A CRISIS HELPLINE IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT USE LOVEPY FOR CRISIS INTERVENTION.
6. USER CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 Your Content You retain ownership of the text, messages, and other content you submit through the App ("Your Content"). By using the App, you grant Lovepy a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to: - Process Your Content through AI services to generate reports - Store Your Content on secure servers for the duration of your use - Analyze anonymized, aggregated data to improve the App We will NOT: - Sell Your Content to third parties - Use Your Content for advertising purposes - Share identifiable content publicly without your explicit consent 6.2 Our Intellectual Property All App content, design, code, trademarks, logos, and proprietary technology are owned by Lovepy and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS
7.1 Free and Premium Features Lovepy offers both free and premium (subscription-based) features. Premium subscriptions are processed through RevenueCat and your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). 7.2 Billing and Auto-Renewal - Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends - You will be charged through your app store account - Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law - Prices may change with 30 days' notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods 7.3 Free Trials If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. 7.4 Cancellation You may cancel your subscription anytime through your app store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
8. DATA PROCESSING AND PRIVACY
Your use of Lovepy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to: - Anonymous authentication via Firebase - Processing of your session messages through AI providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini) solely to generate your reports - Storage of data on secure servers in the European Union (europe-west3 region) - Collection of analytics data to improve the App FOR DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT DATA PRACTICES, PLEASE READ OUR PRIVACY POLICY.
9. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
9.1 Data Retention We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Session data and reports remain accessible to you and your partner unless deleted. 9.2 Your Right to Delete Data You have the right to permanently delete your data at any time by using the "Delete all my data" button in the Profile section. This will: - Delete your personal reports - Delete your messages and chat history - Delete your user profile - Delete your Firebase authentication account - Remove your access to shared rooms IMPORTANT: Shared reports may remain accessible to your partner even after you delete your account, as they have independent access rights. Complete room deletion only occurs when all participants have left or deleted their accounts.
10. SHARED CONTENT AND PARTNER INTERACTIONS
10.1 Shared Responsibility When you create a session with a partner, you both contribute content and receive shared reports. You acknowledge that: - Your partner will see content you share in sessions - Shared reports are accessible to both participants - Deleting your personal data does NOT delete your partner's access to shared reports 10.2 Partner Conduct You are responsible for choosing your session partner. Lovepy is NOT responsible for: - Your partner's behavior or content - Disagreements or conflicts arising from session use - Misuse of shared information by your partner If you experience abuse or harassment through the App, please report it to info@lovepy.app.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Lovepy integrates with third-party services including: - Firebase (Google) - Authentication and data storage - OpenAI - AI-powered report generation - Google Gemini - AI-powered report generation - RevenueCat - Subscription management Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Lovepy is not responsible for third-party service availability, security, or changes to their terms.
12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
LOVEPY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: - MERCHANTABILITY - FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE - NON-INFRINGEMENT - ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY - UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: - The App will meet your expectations or requirements - AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or helpful - The App will be available at all times without interruption - Defects will be corrected promptly or at all
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: LOVEPY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: - INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES - LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL - PERSONAL INJURY OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS - RELATIONSHIP OUTCOMES OR DECISIONS BASED ON APP USE - DAMAGES ARISING FROM AI-GENERATED CONTENT OR ERRORS IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR €100, WHICHEVER IS LESS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR INCIDENTAL/CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
14. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lovepy and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: - Your violation of these Terms - Your violation of any law or third-party rights - Your Content or use of the App - Your interactions with your partner through the App
15. TERMINATION
15.1 Your Right to Terminate You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account through the Profile section. 15.2 Our Right to Terminate We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately, without notice, if: - You violate these Terms - You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity - Required by law or legal process - We discontinue the App (with reasonable notice if feasible) 15.3 Effect of Termination Upon termination: - Your right to use the App ceases immediately - Your account data will be processed according to our data retention policy - Sections that by their nature should survive (limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution) will remain in effect
16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective: - Immediately upon posting for non-material changes - 30 days after notice for material changes We will notify you of material changes through: - In-app notification - Email (if provided) - Notice on our website Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to changes, you must stop using the App and may delete your account.
17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW
17.1 Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. 17.2 Dispute Resolution For users in the European Union: You have the right to bring disputes before the courts in your country of residence or before Turkish courts. For users outside the EU: Any disputes shall be resolved through: 1. Good faith negotiation 2. If unresolved, binding arbitration or Turkish courts 17.3 EU Consumer Rights EU consumers retain all mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law.
18. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
19. NO WAIVER
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lovepy regarding use of the App and supersede all prior agreements.

22. APPLE APP STORE ADDITIONAL TERMS
If you download Lovepy from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that: - These Terms are between you and Lovepy, not Apple - Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App - Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the App - You will comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App - Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms BY USING LOVEPY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE.
