LOVEPY - DATA DELETION AND USER RIGHTS
Lovepy is committed to giving you full control over your personal data. This document explains how to delete your data, what happens when you do, and what rights you have regarding your information.

1. YOUR RIGHT TO DELETE DATA
You have the absolute right to permanently delete all your personal data from Lovepy at any time, for any reason. No questions asked. This right is guaranteed under: - GDPR (EU) - Article 17: Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten") - CCPA (California) - Right to Delete - KVKK (Turkey) - Right to Request Deletion - Apple App Store Guidelines - User Data Deletion Requirements
2. HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA
Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended) This is the fastest and easiest method. 1. Open the Lovepy app 2. Go to the Profile tab 3. Scroll down and tap "Delete all my data" 4. Read the confirmation message carefully 5. Confirm deletion Timeline: - Immediate: Your data becomes inaccessible to you and is removed from all active systems - Within 30 days: Permanent deletion from all active databases - Within 90 days: Complete removal from backup systems Method 2: Email Request If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion via email. Email: info@lovepy.app Subject: Data Deletion Request Include: - Your user ID (if known) - Any display name you used - Approximate account creation date - Any other information to verify your identity Response Time: - We will confirm receipt within 48 hours - Deletion will be completed within 30 days from verification - You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete
3. WHAT GETS DELETED
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed: Immediately Deleted (User-Facing): | Data Category | Details | |--------------|---------| | Personal Reports | All your individual relationship reports | | Messages | All messages you sent in Classic sessions | | Chat History | All your conversations in Pro sessions | | User Profile | Your display name and profile information | | User Account | Your Firebase authentication account | | Room References | Your personal references to rooms you created or joined | | Session Data | Your participation records in sessions | | Feedback | Any ratings or feedback you submitted | Deleted from Active Databases (Within 30 Days): - All database records associated with your user ID - Personal reports stored in Firestore - Message content in session subcollections - User profile document Deleted from Backups (Within 90 Days): - All backup copies of your data - Archived session data
4. WHAT DOES NOT GET DELETED
Shared Reports (Partner Access) Shared reports remain accessible to your partner even after you delete your account because they have independent access rights. Anonymized Analytics Data Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics may be retained indefinitely for service improvement. This data cannot identify you personally. Legal Compliance Data In rare cases, we may be legally required to retain certain data for tax, fraud investigation, or legal proceedings. If retention is required, we will notify you unless prohibited by law.
5. DELETION TIMELINE

6. CONSEQUENCES OF DELETION
Before you delete your account, please understand that this action is permanent and irreversible. You will lose access to: - All your personal reports - All session history - Your display name and profile - Premium subscription benefits (if applicable - no refunds) - Shared rooms (your partner may still see shared content) Subscription Implications: - Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. - Cancel subscriptions via your device settings (Apple/Google). No refunds unless required by law.
7. ALTERNATIVE: DELETING INDIVIDUAL ITEMS
Delete a Single Personal Report: 1. Go to the Reports tab 2. Open the report 3. Tap "Delete my personal report" 4. Confirm Leave a Room (Without Deleting Account): 1. Go to Sessions tab 2. Select the room 3. Tap "Leave Room" 4. Confirm Delete a Waiting Room (Creator Only): 1. Go to Sessions tab 2. Tap the waiting room 3. Tap "Delete Room" 4. Confirm These options retain your account while removing specific data.
8. DATA PORTABILITY (GDPR RIGHT)
EU/EEA/UK users have the right to receive a copy of their personal data in a structured, machine-readable format. How to request: - Email info@lovepy.app - Subject: Data Portability Request - Include your user ID and verification information You will receive a JSON export of your data within 30 days of verification.
9. OTHER PRIVACY RIGHTS
GDPR Rights (EU/EEA/UK/Switzerland): - Access, Rectification, Erasure, Restriction, Portability, Objection, Withdraw Consent, Lodge Complaint CCPA Rights (California): - Right to Know, Right to Delete, Right to Opt-Out (Lovepy does not sell data), Right to Non-Discrimination KVKK Rights (Turkey): - Kişisel verilerin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, düzeltme, silme, itiraz etme ve tazminat talep etme Exercise these rights by emailing info@lovepy.app or using in-app tools.
10. THIRD-PARTY DATA DELETION
Firebase (Google Cloud): - Authentication account deleted immediately - Firestore data deleted within 30 days - Analytics data anonymized per Firebase policy RevenueCat: - Retains subscription records for legal compliance; personal identifiers anonymized OpenAI and Google Gemini: - Session content processed temporarily and not stored after report generation Apple App Store / Google Play Store: - Payment records managed by Apple/Google per their policies; contact them directly for deletion.
11. VERIFICATION OF DELETION
After deletion you can verify that your data is gone: - Immediate: Log-in attempts fail; partner only sees shared reports - Within 30 days: Request a verification report by emailing info@lovepy.app to confirm data removal from active systems
12. ASSISTANCE WITH DATA DELETION
If you encounter issues deleting your data: Email: info@lovepy.app Subject: Data Deletion Assistance Include: Description of the issue and your user ID We will respond within 48 hours, manually process deletion if needed, and confirm completion. If unsatisfied you may contact your local authority (EU: data protection authority, California: Attorney General, Turkey: KVKK).

14. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY
This Data Deletion Policy may be updated to reflect legal requirements or process improvements. Notification of Changes: - In-app notification for material changes - Updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this document Continued use of Lovepy after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
